Not to mention depending on occupation, flexible work hours, so if you wanted to take some time during the day to go to the gym or do something else, work/life balance benefits so much. I really wish this country would be more willing to embraces changes, cause we could all use them. There's absolutely no reason we cannot find a way to allow employees to work from home more.. but the reality is the good majority management and business owners still firmly believe that forcing employees to be in the office 40 hours a week is simply the only way to conduct business. On the flip side, that opens the door to working for any company anywhere so it balances out to an extent.
